Rebalance: myofascial release with incorporating trigger point therapy to help realign and rebalance the neuromuscular system. Given the complexities of our daily lives, our muscular system endures effects that cause our muscles, joints and nerves to become imbalanced. This massage is tailored to the help align the interconnectivity of these systems, to improve stress, release tension and improve our overall well-being.
Recover: deep tissue therapy with firm, constant compressions and strokes applied parallel to the muscle fibers, to help reduce muscle injuries, scar tissue or more severe muscle tension. Pressure is gradually applied to a tight area until resistance is met, then maintained while the tissue relaxes, with use of breathing techniques that are guided by our therapist. Recommended for improving flexibility, recovery from injuries, chronic pains and stress release.
